As most of you know, we cater lunch for everyone in the office three days a week, which is great! But some days, soup and sandwiches just don’t cut it. To mix things up, our friend AJ from Ugly Duck Ramen cooked us up some delicious bowls of smoked broth with pork shoulder, kimchi, and of course, a signature soft boiled egg. Lunch at Flywheel is a time to gather, take a break from work, enjoy each other’s company, and Ramen Day allowed us to do just that! Big thank you to AJ for warming our tummies and our hearts.
